Terms and Conditions — 77zs Platform Rules and Usage

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the 77zs platform in any way — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 77zs.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the 77zs platform immediately and not proceed with registration. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to and use of 77zs is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not knowingly excluded from online betting or gaming platforms through any self-exclusion scheme.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming under the laws applicable to you personally.

77zs reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, accounts will be suspended and any funds held pending verification. Winnings generated on an account subsequently found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited.

3Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 77zs. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved will be suspended and any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus activity may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. If any of your details change after registration, you are responsible for updating them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

Identity Verification

77zs may request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Standard verification documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide verification documents when requested will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

4Deposits

All deposits on 77zs are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card, credit card and supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method — current limits are displayed on the Deposit page.

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 77zs does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 77zs account promptly. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support with your payment reference.
• 77zs reserves the right to carry out additional checks on deposits that appear unusual or inconsistent with normal account activity.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies across all accounts. Withdrawals in PKR are available via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum deposit must have been made before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals from bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements attached to the relevant bonus — see the Bonuses section below.
• 77zs aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements outstanding on the account.
• 77zs reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing withdrawal funds in cases where the source of funds is unclear or where unusual account activity has been flagged.

Refused Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be refused or delayed where: identity verification has not been completed; the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or terms violations; the withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements; or there is a technical issue affecting the payment method selected.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on 77zs are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. The following general principles apply across all betting activity:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled after it has been accepted by the system, except where 77zs exercises its right to void a bet under these terms.
• 77zs offers markets on cricket including PSL, T20 internationals and Pakistan national team fixtures, as well as football, esports and other sports. The availability of markets may change based on event schedules and operational decisions.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any point during an event at 77zs's discretion — for example due to a key moment in play, a technical issue or pending official information.
• Odds are subject to change up until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary. These limits are displayed within each market.

Void Bets

77zs reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system error; the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed or significantly altered; or there is credible evidence that the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

Cricket and PSL Markets

Cricket markets — including PSL season fixtures, Pakistan vs India matches, T20 World Cup events and other international fixtures — operate under standard cricket betting rules. Where an event is abandoned mid-match, the rules applicable to that specific market type will determine settlement. Players are encouraged to review market-specific rules before placing cricket bets, particularly for in-play and over/under markets during live matches.

7Bonuses and Promotions

77zs offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. The wagering multiple, eligible games and time limit for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types — such as very low house edge games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Balance Separation

When a bonus is active on your account, real money and bonus funds are held separately. Real money is used first when placing bets. Bonus funds become available once real money funds are exhausted and wagering requirements are in progress. Winnings generated from bonus bets are added to the bonus balance until wagering is complete.

Bonus Restrictions

• A welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 77zs reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time, though this will not affect bonuses already active on accounts.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies or the use of multiple accounts — will have bonuses removed and may have their accounts suspended.

8Player Conduct

You agree to use the 77zs platform in a fair and honest manner. The following types of conduct are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports integrity abuse.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any fraudulent financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing 77zs staff or other players through any communication channel.

77zs cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases where illegal activity is suspected. Account information may be disclosed in such circumstances.

9Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your 77zs account login credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

77zs will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any communication asking for your password or claiming to be from 77zs support and requesting sensitive account details, treat it as a phishing attempt and contact support immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 77zs support immediately to have the account secured. 77zs accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

10Responsible Gaming

77zs is committed to providing a platform where gambling remains a form of entertainment. All players are expected to bet within their means and to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform whenever needed.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced instantly — increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set time-based reminders that alert you to how long you have been active on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from 77zs. Self-exclusion can be set for periods ranging from days to indefinite periods.
• Bet History: Full access to your betting and gaming history at any time through your account dashboard.

11Account Closure and Termination

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 77zs support. Where a real money balance remains on the account at the time of closure, a withdrawal will be processed to your registered payment method provided all verification requirements have been met.

77zs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has violated any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with 77zs's dormant account policy.
• Continuing to allow the account to operate would expose 77zs to unacceptable legal, financial or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, 77zs reserves the right to withhold bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real money balances will be returned net of any amounts owed by the player under these terms.

12Limitation of Liability

77zs provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and platform stability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, 77zs's liability to any player for losses arising from platform use is limited to the value of the player's real money account balance at the time the issue arose. 77zs is not liable for:

• Losses arising from bets placed during system errors where the player should reasonably have recognised the error.
• Loss of profits, indirect losses or consequential damages of any kind.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Events outside 77zs's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

13Changes to These Terms

77zs may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, players will be notified through a notice displayed on the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. The updated terms will show a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 77zs platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
